Ingredients

5-6 peeled thinly sliced raw potatoes

1 large onion thinly sliced

5-6 leftover ham slices

4 large cloves garlic, minced

2 cans cream of celery soup

1 soup can milk

2.5 ounces goat cheese, crumbled

2-4 ounces shredded Guyere swiss cheese

Ground fresh pepper to taste

Preparation

Peel and slice potatoes and onions. Mix the milk and soup together. Cut ham slices into bite sized pieces. Layer half the potatoes, onions, garlic and ham. Cover with one half the soup mixture. Repeat layering again. Top with crumbled goat cheese and shredded swiss cheese.
