Ingredients
1-2 puff pastry sheets
1 cup ham, diced
2 cups Swiss cheese, coarselyy grated
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
2 large eggs
1 Tbl fresh rosemary, chopped
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 cup sour cream
Preparation
- Preheat over to 400 F
- Unfold pastry sheet. Place in baking dish. Roll up edges slightly as pastry will puff up and out.
- Layer in ham, cheese, and mushrooms.
- Beat eggs lightly. Mix in spices and sour cream. Pour over ham, cheese & mushrooms.
- Bake until golden brown & filling is set, about 25-30 mins.
- Cool 10 min before serving.
