Ingredients
5 slices of 1 inch sliced ham (more slices depending on how many you need)
1 cup of asiago cheese
5 large eggs
1 red pepper
1 onion
Preparation
- Saute onions and red peppers in a frying pan until lightly brown.
- Take ham and lay out in muffin tin. One slice of ham per tin cup.
- Once ham is fitted to tin cup, sprinkly onions and pepper at bottom.
- Crack eggs individually and add one into each ham cup.
- Sprinkle remaining peppers and onions on top of egg.
- Top with asiago cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until eggs are no longer jiggly in the middle.
