Ingredients

5 slices of 1 inch sliced ham (more slices depending on how many you need)

1 cup of asiago cheese

5 large eggs

1 red pepper

1 onion

Preparation

  1. Saute onions and red peppers in a frying pan until lightly brown.
  2. Take ham and lay out in muffin tin. One slice of ham per tin cup.
  3. Once ham is fitted to tin cup, sprinkly onions and pepper at bottom.
  4. Crack eggs individually and add one into each ham cup.
  5. Sprinkle remaining peppers and onions on top of egg.
  6. Top with asiago cheese.
  7. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until eggs are no longer jiggly in the middle.
