Ingredients

12 ounce spaghetti

1/2 cup butter

1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

3 eggs, well beaten

1 pound ground beef, browned w/ chopped onion

32 ounce spaghetti sauce

2 cups sour cream

8 ounces (or more) shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

  • cook and drain spagehetti.

  • mix in butter, Parmesan cheese, and eggs

  • form as crust into two 10-inch pie pans

  • cool the spaghetti crust

  • layer sour cream, hamburger, mozzarella cheese over crust

  • bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes
