Ingredients
12 ounce spaghetti
1/2 cup butter
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
3 eggs, well beaten
1 pound ground beef, browned w/ chopped onion
32 ounce spaghetti sauce
2 cups sour cream
8 ounces (or more) shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation
cook and drain spagehetti.
mix in butter, Parmesan cheese, and eggs
form as crust into two 10-inch pie pans
cool the spaghetti crust
layer sour cream, hamburger, mozzarella cheese over crust
bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes
