Ingredients

1/4 cup sauteed onion in evoo

1 lbs sirloin hamburger

2 dashes of worcestershire

2 tbs Stubbs Mesquite liquid

4 dashes of Louisiana Hot Sauce

2 dashes of tamari

1 egg

7 fat free croutons

butter leaf lettuce

asiago cheese

kosher or sea salt to absorb liquid

Preparation

• Mix everything in a large mixing bowl then cover to marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes. • Form two thick patties while the grill or frying pan is heating to medium high heat. • Toast the bottom buns on the grill or pan, then add mayo, mild Indian curry catsup, and top with butter lettuce. • Fry the burgers 3 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other. Add pepper jack cheese the last minute before serving.
