Ingredients

6 potatoes, boiled, peeled and sliced

1 lb. ground beef, browned

1 can vegetable soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 onion, diced

salt and pepper to taste

1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

Layer potatoes in bottom of a greased 9x13x2" pan. Crumble hamburger over potatoes. Mix soups and cheese together and spread over hamburger. Sprinkle onions on top. Cover and bake at 350 deg. for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until heated through
