Ingredients

1lb ground hamburger

2 can’s whole tomatoes

1 onion diced

4 medium size russet potatoes (peeled and cut into large cubes)

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

brown hamburger and onion in a large pot. Drain grease and return to pot. Add 2 cans of tomatoes (crushed with a masher), 1 can of water, and potatoes. Add a generous amount of salt and pepper. Cover and cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender. Serve over rice.
