Ingredients

1 C Sour Cream

1/2 C Chopped onion

1 lb hamburger

1 Clove garlic, chopped

2 T flour

S & P

1/4 t paprika

1 lb sliced mushrooms

1 Can cream of chicken soup

Chives for garnish

Preparation

Saute a small amount of hamburger, in fat saute onions and garlic. Add mushrooms and meat. Brown. Pour off grease. Add spices. Add soup. Simmer 10 min. Stir often. Stir in sour cream and heat thru. Sprinkle with chives. For warm up: add “dollop” of fresh sour cream and fresh paprika. Paprika is important.
