Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1/3 lb jimmy dean hot sausage

Cholula hot sauce

guacamole

potato rolls

pepper jack cheese

butter

salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. brown sausage; drain fat
  2. mix sausage with ground beef; add three tsp cholula, salt and pepper
  3. make 4 patties
  4. grill to medium, melt two slices of jack cheese on each one
  5. butter potato rolls; toast on grill
  6. serve burgers on rolls, top with guacamole and a few dashes of cholula
