Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/3 lb jimmy dean hot sausage
Cholula hot sauce
guacamole
potato rolls
pepper jack cheese
butter
salt and pepper
Preparation
- brown sausage; drain fat
- mix sausage with ground beef; add three tsp cholula, salt and pepper
- make 4 patties
- grill to medium, melt two slices of jack cheese on each one
- butter potato rolls; toast on grill
- serve burgers on rolls, top with guacamole and a few dashes of cholula
