2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups flour

Preparation
mix wet and ry ingredients separatly.add dry ingredients to wet ones.roll out the dough.cut out circles of dough.place 1 teaspoon in filling in the center of each circle.pinch into a triangle shape.make sure the edges are secuerly sealed.bake at 350f for about 20 minutes
