Ingredients
1 cup of confectioner’s sugar
2 to 5 tablespoons of butter
1/8 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla or 1 tablespoon of coffee, rum , whisky, brandy or lemon juice
1 egg or 1/4 cup of cream
Preparation
Sift sugar.
Beat butter until soft
Add the sugar gradually.
Beat butter and sugar together until well blended and fluffy.
Add salt, rum
you may beat in one egg or 1/4 cup of cream.
Chill thoroughly
