Ingredients
2 T sweet paprika
1 chipote adobe, minced
1 tsp adobe sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp ground caraway
2 T evo
4 skinless/boneless chix breasts, lightly pounded
Preparation
In mortar, combine ingredients until paste. Spread half of paste on chix and wrap overnight.
Brush chix w/ oil and season. Grill and serve with remaining harissa + side salad/cous cous/etc.
