Ingredients
Marinade For Vegetables:
1 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Oil
1 Cup Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp Pepper (that’s right!)
1 Tsp Salt
Vegetables for Salad:
2 Cans White Corn (Shoe Peg)
2 Cans French Cut Green Beans
2 Cans Small size Peas
(all 15oz cans of veggies)
1 Jar Pimentos
1 Bunch Celery, Chopped
1 Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 Red Onion, Chopped
Preparation
Mix marinade ingredients together in pan. Bring to boil. Turn off and let cool in pan. When cool, pour over vegetables. Marinate 2 hrs minimum, up to overnite if preferred.
