Ingredients
1 2-lb bag frozen hash browns (cut in cubes, not shredded)
2 10-3/4 cans Campbell’s cream of potato soup
1 8-oz carton sour cream
8 oz grated sharp cheddar cheese
½ tsp. garlic salt
½ cup (approx.) grated parmesan cheese
¼ (approx) stick butter
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together except parmesan cheese and butter in a large bowl.
Spray 9x13 dish with Pam. Pour mixture into dish.
Dot with butter (4-5 slices). Sprinkle evenly with parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
