Ingredients
32 oz. cubed hash browns, thawed
1 stick margarine, melted
2 T minced onions
1 t salt
½ t pepper
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
½ lb. grated cheddar cheese
Topping:
1½ cups crushed Corn Flakes
½ stick margarine
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into a 9x13 pan. Top with Corn Flakes mixed with melted butter.
Bake a 350 until brown and bubbly.
