Ingredients
2 lbs. Frozen Hash Browns
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup chopped onions (optional)
1 can cream of chicken (or mushroom or celery) soup
1 pint sour cream
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed Corn Flakes
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except Corn Flakes in a large bowl. Transfer to a 9x13 coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle Corn Flakes over top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
