Ingredients
3 c hash browns
Onions diced and green pepper
1/3 c melted butter
4 oz pepper cheese
4 oz Swiss cheese
1c Cream
6 oz copped ham
3 eggs
Salt
Preparation
Put potatoes in a 9" pie pan and press up sides. Drizzle with butter. Bake 10 min. @ 400 degrees. Mix eggs, cream, and add other ingredients. Mix well. Pour over hash browns. Bake @ 350 for 35-40 min.
