Ingredients
2 lbs. hash browns, defrosted
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 onions, chopped
1/2 cup millet flour
2 c. sour cream
3 c. grated sharp cheese (Colby or cheddar)
Preparation
Defrost hashbrowns and put in a 9"x13" pan. Melt butter, saute onion, add millet flour and spices, stir in sour cream and cheese. Pour into pan with hash browns and mix well. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
