Ingredients

1 pkg frozen cut up hashbrowns

1 cup butter (use less)

1 pt sour cream

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup chopped onion

2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 cup crushed corn flakes

salt and pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.

Pour 1/2 cup melted butter over frozen potatoes. Mix all other ingredients together, except the rest of the butter and corn flakes. Mix into potatoes and pour into greased 9x13x2 inch pan. Mix corn flakes with remaining butter and sprinkle on top. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes covered, 30 minutes uncovered.
