Ingredients
6 medium potatoes
2-3 thinly sliced garlic cloves
2 T olive oil
butter
sea salt
frehsly ground black pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Starting from one end of the potato, cut ALMOST all the way through at about 1/4" intervals.
Arrange the potatoes in baking tray and insert garlic slices between the potato slits. Spread some butter on top of each potato. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle sea salt and pepper over the potatoes.
Bake for about 40 minutes or until the potatoes turn crispy and the flesh is soft.
