Ingredients
1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
2 hot or mild Hatch geen chilis roasted, peeled and chopped
2 ears of fresh corn cut from the cob
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Put first 4 ingredients in saucepan. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occassionally. Add salt and pepper to taste and butter. Serve as a side dish with roast chicken, steak or baked fish.
