Ingredients
1/4 cup vege. oil for frying
2 lbs. chicken chunks
2 cups flour
1/2 cup flavored breakcrumbs
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chicken flavoring
party toothpicks
2 cans pineapple chunks
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp orange marmelaid
salt, pepper, garlic powder, zest of one orange, 1 tsp vinegar to taste
Preparation
Combine flour & breakcrumbs into a plasatic bag along with chicken flavoring, pepper & paprika. Add chicken chunks around four at a time. Shake well & remove to plate. After all are done, heat oil in frying pan. Fry chicken chunks until lightly browned & chrispy & drain on paper towel.
After chicken is done & drained, apply one chunk of chicken & one pineapple chunk on toothpick and arrange in party bowl.
Hawaiian dip: Add sour cream, zest of one orange, vinegar, orange marmalaid, touch of garlic powder, salt & pepper & mix well.
