Ingredients
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 cup pineapple juice
1 t. minced fresh ginger
1/2 c. water
2 packages of Little Smokies cocktail wieners or franks, cut in 1" pieces
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except water and cocktail franks.
Heat, stirring until sauce comes to a simmer and thickens. Stir in water to thin to desired consistency.
Add cocktail franks and heat through.
Serve in a crock pot, fondue pot, or chafing dish on warm setting. Serve with cocktail forks or toothpicks.
