hawaiian luau marinade
(grill mates)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup apple cider or wh vineger
8 chicken breast
makes 2/3 cup marinade
Preparation
mix olive oil, apple cider or wh vinegar and marinade in large bowl add chicken and let sit for 15 to 20 min. remove and bake or grill chicken untill desired doneness. use remaining marinade to baste half way through cooking
