Ingredients
2 Pounds Ground Turkey
6 Pineapple Slices
6 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Fresh Minced Ginger Root
1 Tsp Fresh Minced Garlic
6 Hamburger Buns
Preparation
Combine soy, ground turkey, garlic, and ginger in a bowl. Form into 6 patties.
Slice the pineapple round and remove the center.
Heat a grill on high. When ready add the turkey patties and cook until moisture begins to come through the top.
Flip over patties and place sliced pineapple on grill marking on both sides.
Place grilled pineapple on patties and cover with pepper jack cheese. Continue cooking until cheese is melted.
