Ingredients

1 can precooked garbanzo beans

1 cup toasted and chopped pecans

1/2 cup chilled chopped pineapple

1/2 red bell pepper, minced (yes, minced!)

1 stalk finely chopped mint

1 tbsp. lemon juice

Preparation

EASY! Pick a nice shallow bowl. Use garbanzo beans as a base, and layer other ingredients, lemon juice going last. Chill and serve.
