Ingredients
6 cups yogurt
3 garlic cloves
2 teaspoons pulbiber
1 TBSP dill
salt
1.2 teaspoon paprika
Olive oil
Preparation
(in sieve with double thickness cheese cloth let yoghurt drain overnight)
transfer to bowl and add all ingredients stir until creamy over and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Garnish w. paprika and oil
