Ingredients
3 lbs. mahi mahi, skinned
3 Tablespoons butter
1/2 cup ground hazelnuts
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
Melt butter and pour on a plate. Mix dry ingredients and pour on another plate. Dredge pieces of fish through butter and then through ground hazelnuts, rolling to coat completely. Lay in buttered baking pan and bake 375 degrees for 35 minutes, or until fish is clearly done and hazelnuts are starting to brown.
