Ingredients
1 cup sugar
6 tablespoons water
1 cup husked toasted hazelnuts (about 4 1/2 ounces)
Preparation
Lightly oil small baking sheet. Cook sugar and water in heavy small saucepan over low heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Increase heat and boil without stirring until syrup turns deep golden brown. Mix in nuts. Pour praline onto prpeared sheet. Cool completely. Break praline into 2 inch pieces. Finely grind in processor
