Ingredients
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. a.p. flour
1 tbsp Agave (or palm sugar)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 egg
2 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp salt
pinch of cinnamon
1/2 c greek yogurt (2% fat)
1/3 c warm water
Preparation
Mix yogurt and warm water to thin it out. Add oil and egg and whisk together. Next add the dry ingredients and be careful not to over mix. Sometimes I add blueberries or bananas. Cook on the griddle!
