Ingredients
2 cups pineapple chunks
3/4 cup pure coconut water
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup rum
Toasted coconut, for garnish
Preparation
Puree pineapple, coconut water, ice, sugar, and lemon juice in a blender. Stir in rum. Garnish glasses with coconut.
