Ingredients
1 16 oz. can of pumpkin
1 13 oz. can evaporated skim milk
3 egg whites
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 pie crust
Preparation
Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and beat well. Pour into an unbaked pie crust. Bake 55-60 minutes at 375 degrees.
