Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken

½ c chopped red bell pepper

¼ c chopped green bell pepper

¼ c chopped red onion

¼ c chopped celery

2 Tbsp chopped parsley

½ tsp dried thyme

1 clove garlic, minced

1 Tbsp light soy sauce

1c soft bread crumbs

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  1. Mix all ingredients together until just combined. Add black pepper to taste. Divide mixture to make 4 patties, and place on greased baking sheet.

  2. Bake 12 to 15 minutes on each side, or until meat has reached 170 degrees F.
