Ingredients

1 cup non fat cottage cheese

1 cup non fat sour cream

1/4 cup finely chopped scallions,

both white and green parts

2 tbsp finely chopped parsley

1/4 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp worcestershire sauce

salt

pepper

4-5 mint leaves (optional)

Preparation

Put all ingredients into bowl of KitchenAid and blend with flat paddle until smooth and creamy.

Chill well before serving
