Ingredients
1/2 C Rolled oats (or quick oats)
1 T Flaxseed meal
1/8-1/4 C Walnut pieces
2 Shakes Cinnamon
1-2 tsp Honey
1 Handful Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Preparation
Prepare oats as directed on their package and add the other ingredients. Eat warm.
This recipe is extremely flexible! Substitute blueberries with any other kind of fruit, or add 1/4 C Almond meal for added protein.
