Ingredients
½ cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
½ cup Brown Sugar
½ cup Organic Sugar
3 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 whole Banana, Mashed
1 cup Peanut Butter
2 teaspoons Baking Soda
2 cups Rolled Oats
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
½ cup Coconut
1 cup Chocolate Chips
½ cup M&Ms
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Cream yogurt and sugars together. Add the eggs, vanilla, banana, and peanut butter. Combine baking soda, oats, flour, and coconut. Add this mix to the wet ingredients. Mix well. Add in chocolate chips and M&Ms. Shape big cookies onto a greased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes until slightly golden.
