Ingredients

3 tablespoons Orange-Juice Reduction 

2 tablespoons white-wine vinegar 

Salt and freshly ground pepper 

3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 

Preparation

In a bowl, whisk together the orange-juice reduction and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Whisking, slowly add oil. Store in an airtight container, refrigerated, up to 5 days.
