Ingredients

Spagetti #9

1 can of tuna in water

2 tbs grated cheese

1 broccoli top florettes

salt to taste

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Cayenne pepper

2 tbs olive oil

Preparation

*Cut top of broccoli so that you have many small pieces. *Add pasta to boiling water seasoned with a touch of salt. Then add broccoli about 2 minutes later. Cook until al dente. Drain *In small pan, fry garlic on medium heat in olive oil until almost transparent. Add tuna until heated. *Mix pasta and tuna well. *Sprinkle cheese and cayenne pepper for taste.

Note: You can add a spoon of butter or olive oil to moisten after cooked if it’s too dry for your taste.
