Ingredients

1/3 cup Raw Honey

1 1/4 cup Natural Peanut Butter (I used peanut butter & co)

1/3 cup Ground Flax

1 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1 cup Go Lean Kashi Crunch (or Rice Krispies)

1/4 cup Oatmeal

6 oz Bittersweet Chocolate

2 Table Spoons Coconut Oil

Preparation

combine first 6 ingredients. Roll into balls and refrigerate.

Melt chocolate and coconut oil in sauce pan. Dip chilled balled into chocolate.

Refrigerate buckeyes and enjoy!
