Ingredients

plantain stem 2 inch height

fresh curd - 50 ml

few drops of lemon juice

salt

salt to taste

Preparation

chop the stem into fine pices ,remove the excess fibre coming out while chopping.put the chopped stem into a bowl of water with few drops of lemon juice added to it to avoid the change of colour. in another bowl take the fresh curd add some salt and mix well then take the chopped stem from water ,squezee the excess water and add to the curd and mix with the curd.now u can enjoy it .
