Ingredients
2 8oz can No salt diced tomatoes
1 4oz can No salt tomato sauce
4 cloves Garlic
1 medium Onion
1 medium Bell Pepper
1/2 medium Jalapeno Pepper
1/2 cup Cilantro
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy
1 tablespoon Parsley
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 tablespoon Flaxseed
Preparation
Grind Garlic, Onion, Bell Pepper, Jalapeno Pepper and Cilantro in food processor, then add to pot with diced tomatoes and tomato sauce. Add all spices, simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes. You may crush tomatoes as they warm if you prefer.
Can substitute Cilantro with uncooked Presto Cress or Mustard Greens.
