Ingredients

8 Skinless, Boneless Breasts of Chicken.

Half cup fat-free cheddar cheese.

Half cup fat-free mozzerella Cheese.

Your favorite brand of Mexican seasoning. Salt & Pepper

Your favorite brand of chunky salsa.

1 cup Lime Juice (marinade)

Preparation

Place 1 cup of Lime Juice in flat bottomed container and place chicken breasts in liquid. Turn several times over 45 minute period to coat all surfaces.

Heat grill while chicken is marinating.

Sprinkle Mexican seasoning, salt and pepper on wax paper or other useable surface, roll marinated chicken breasts in mixture to fully coat.

Place chicken breasts on grill, cook to personal taste.

After turning chicken breasts, spread salsa and both cheeses on top (cooked) surface and allow cheese to melt.
