Ingredients

Mushrooms:

1 lb mushrooms

1 teaspoon Olive Oil

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon Minced Garlic

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon vinegar

2 tablespoon soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

1 teaspoon Black Pepper

1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper

1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt

Steak:

1 lb Steak

1/2 cup Pico de gallo

1/3 cup vinegar

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, snipped

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1/4 tsp. black pepper

Preparation

Mushrooms: Slice Mushrooms to desired size…Put olive oil & Minced Garlic in a Pan - after garlic starts to heat up add Mushrooms - stir mushrooms around so they all get a little oil on them…..add in all of the other ingredients and mix in the pan - add in 1/2 oz to 1 oz of water & cover - cook on low flame until desired texture….

Steak: Combine ingredients - Pour marinade over beef. Marinate 2 - 24 hours in refrigerator. Cook Steak (BBQ or Broil)

After Both have been cooked….Take Whole leaves of Romaine or Iceberg lettuce - Combine Steak & Mushrooms together and place a scoop on each lettuce leaf - add Pico De Gallo & Hot Sauce - these are yummy!!
