Ingredients
1 cup cubed cantaloupe
1 cup sliced stawberies
1-2 large peaches, diced
1-2 cup fresh mint leaves ( roughly chopped)
4-6 tablespoons honey (can alose use raw honey for a healthier option)
Preparation
Cube cantaloupe, slice stawberries, dice paeaches and roughly chop mint and put into a mixing bowl. In the same mixing bowl add in the 4-6 tablespoons of honey and toss salad together. Let the fruit and honey mixture sit for about 10-20 minutes so that the honey marinates the fruit and enjoy!
