Ingredients

4 medium avocados, slightly softened 1 cup purple (red) onions, chopped 3 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped (about one cup)

1 medium lime

Tabasco Sauce, approx 8 shakes

1 tablespoon Roasted Red Chili Paste , hard to find, use in place of tabasco sauce

Preparation

Chop tomatoes and onions and aside. Chop avocados into chunks, but don’t mash.

Mix tomatoes, onions, avocados in large bowl. Squeeze lime juice in and sprinkle Tabasco sauce.

Mix together thoroughly. Becomes lightly mashed with nice avocado chunks in it.

Cover with plastic wrap right on top of guacamole so no air touches it. If any of it turns brown, scrape that part off.

Chill and serve in about 30 minutes with tortilla chips.

Awesome! I served it as a dinner, also great used on fish or on a sandwich!
