Ingredients

2 eggs

2 T sugar

2 T vinegar

1 T butter

2 c sour cream

salt to taste

1 c seedless grapes

1 c sliced bananas

1 c fresh diced pineapple

1 c pitted Bing cherries

1 c dried oranges (or mandarin)

1 c melon balls

2 sliced plums

2 c miniature marshmallows

fruit pieces and mint springs for garnish

Preparation

  1. In a small saucepan, mix eggs with sugar, OJ & vinegar. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.

  2. Remove from heat. Stir in butter; cool. Fold in sour cream. Chill while preparing fruit.

  3. Combine fruits & marshmallows. Fold in dressing and carefully spoon into serving bowl.

  4. Chill 24 hours

  5. Garnish with fruit and mint sprigs.
