Ingredients
9" Baked Pie Shell
Sliced Strawberries
8 oz soften cream cheese
1.5oz Instant vanilla pudding mix
sugar or sugar subsitute to taste
whipped cream or cool whip
Preparation
Prepare pie crust let cool Mix cream cheese with sweetner to taste until soft and creamy. May add milk to thin if necessary. Line bottom of pie crust with cream cheese.
Fill with sliced strawberries until full.
Prepare pudding as directed on box. Pour over strawberries. Let set for several hours. Just before serving top with whipped cream or cool whip. Enjoy!
