Ingredients
Halibut filets (I prefer Thick)
Lowry’s seasoned salt
Hellman’s real mayonnaise
Medium sharp Cheddar cheese(shredded)
Preparation
Pat filets dry with paper towel. Sprinkle very lightle w/seasoned salt. Liberally spread mayo on one side of the filet. Spread cheese over the filet.
Place on baking sheet (covered w/Release aluminum foil.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min. Place under broiler until cheese starts to form crust.
