Ingredients

1 cup fat free plain yogurt,

5-9 packets Splenda or other non-calorie sweetner,

1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract,

1 1/2 cups fresh sliced strawberries,

2 thin slices purchased Angel Food Cake,

1 Tbl roasted chopped nuts

Preparation

  1. Mix yogurt, 5 packets sweetener, and vanilla until smooth & creamy.
  2. Dust sliced strawberries with sweetener, to-taste.
  3. Place one thin slice of angel food cake on a plate. Spoon over half the berries and top with half the yogurt.
  4. Place a second thin slice of cake on top of yogurt, top with berries & yogurt. Sprinkle nuts on top.
  5. Serve immediately.
