Ingredients

9 tbs of brown sugar

12 tbs flour

1-1/2 tsp baking powder

3/8 tsp salt

6 tbs of chopped walnuts

6 tbs of chocolate chips

6 tbs of margarine

3 eggs

1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Preparation

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Preheat oven to 350’F or 165’C.

Melt the butter on a low heat and allow to cool slightly, stir in the egg and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients from and mix well. Pour the batter into a lightly greased 8 x 10 baking pan and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
